Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff. On my first stay, they kindly directed me to a nearby restaurant. I'm coming back for the new year!

I had a great time at the hotel! The modern design of the room was fantastic, and I loved the wide variety at breakfast, especially the delicious Czech cuisine. Plus, the large, comfortable bed made for a perfect night's sleep. I'd definitely stay here again.

everything was nice, fairly clean hotel, great and handy location to very good local restaurants. the room i was given was squeaky clean and airy with good housekeeping, daily level, as example. there was sensational breakfasts with hot options, rolls and yoghurt.
Some of the staff were very impolite.

For breakfast there was enough choice and it was very tasty. The staff very friendly and helpful. To the metro it was only 10 min. and one was fast in the city center approx. 5 min. driving time. Parking was available at the hotel. Daily flat rate was reasonable.

The breakfast was varied and delicious each morning. The room was super clean, and the reception staff were so cute. It's a perfect spot with easy access to metro stations. The thai massage center was an amazing bonus.

The bed was quite comfortable. Large selection at the breakfast buffet , . We would prefer a little less choice and more quality.

The room was super clean, and the beds were comfy, a huge plus. I loved the modern design. It felt fresh. The bathroom layout was a bit odd since it's not really a separate space, so you might want to keep that in mind if you're sharing with a friend. Good amount of pillows, too! It was cozy for my night there.

Would definitely recommend for a short stint
Comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness, and having a restaurant on-site made my stay enjoyable, while the nearby metro station provided easy access to explore the area.
Everything met my expectations.

The hotel is in a very nice area, not far from the metro station. The hotel staff is very kind, they speak English fluently, there is nothing they can't help you with. The rooms are luxurious, very good furniture, comfortable double beds (unlike some other hotels which don't even bother to join the twin beds even if you booked a double bed room). The buffet breakfast is delightful, you can find anything you desire. As a plus, the hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood.
Seriously, there`s nothing to bother you in this hotel. Only details. Minor details. First of all the tv had below 10 channels (but honestly, you don`t go to Prague to watch tv; I was only curious what is their language like). Second, part of the bathroom sink faucet was loose and made difficult the operation of turning water on and off. Last but not least, the hot-cold ac switch was missing but with a bit of brains you can easily get over it. Nothing was a show killer.
